Saute Chicken With Cashew Nuts

Aantal personen: 3 personen
Ingredienten: 2 large chicken breasts, sliced into bite-size pieces;
2 tbsp sugar;
2 tbsp whiskey;
1 tbsp cornstarch;
1/2 tbsp Thai or Chinese light soy sauce (See Aew Sai);
1 tbsp roasted cashew nuts;
5/6 dried chilies;
1/4 cup oil;
3 cloves garlic, minced.
Voorbereiding: Marineren
Bereidingswijze: Combine chicken, sugar, whiskey, soy sauce and cornstarch. Marinade for half an hour. Wash and dry the chilies and cut into 1 cm. pieces. Fry chilies from oil and drain well. Turn the heat up to medium and brown garlic in the remaining oil. Add chicken and saute until tender. Stir in the fried chilies and cashew nuts and blend well. Remove from heat and serve inmediately with cooked rice. Makes 2-3 servings.
